Locally Led Development Short-term Consultant

Summary

The Locally Led Development Consultant will work on a study of locally led development for IREX, co-creating study tools, collecting data, participating in data analysis, and contributing to the report. The candidate should have a Master's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of research experience, proficiency in Arabic, and access to a reliable internet connection.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent required, PhD or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of prior research experience
• Proficiency in the Arabic language, specifically reading and writing in Modern Standard Arabic required
• Access to reliable internet connection required

Responsibilities

• Co-create a study protocol and tools including an interview guide, survey tool etc
• Collect data from relevant stakeholders
• Participate in data analysis in partnership with IREX and our partners
• Contribute to drafting a report detailing study findings

Preferred Qualifications

PhD or equivalent preferred
