Summary

Join GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. as a Logistics Coordinator to support logistics operations, prepare and maintain documents, record and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities.

Requirements

• Diploma and above, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
• No work experience required, but relevant internships or project experience is a plus
• Have basic understanding of logistics processes and a willingness to learn more
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments

Responsibilities

• Provide support in processing and confirming shipping documents for logistics operations
• Assist in preparing and maintaining documents and customs declarations related to shipments
• Assist in recording and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities
• Support the arrangement of picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Assist in monitoring and updating inbound and outbound shipment data
• Support in tracking freight costs and assist in uploading and analyzing related data
• Assist in communication with internal teams to ensure logistics processes align with production and inventory schedules
• Assist in basic coordination with freight forwarders and brokers
• Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation for import and export
• Assist in preparing and organizing routine transaction data for audits
