Responsibilities

• Keeping important marketing systems and databases updated - Marketing’s internal page (Happeo), scientific publication tracker, case study repository, marketing materials tracker, customer satisfaction report, etc
• Working with marketing budget owners to update the budget dashboard
• Organizing the marketing drive database- ensure all materials are filed away and labelled appropriately
• Building marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, etc) with various team members for internal and external commercial purposes
• Helping marketing team update weekly business report
• Working with Lead designer to monitor website and update content via CMS (Hubspot)
• Helping marketing events coordinator with conference logistics
• Researching and evaluating competitor marketing
• Coordinating marketing team events and transversal meetings
• Monitor and improve marketing performance: Monitor and update monthly stats to track the performance of our website, social media handles, newsletters, and prior campaigns. Maintain dashboards to gain an overview of the marketing campaigns. Newsletters: Coordinate with different department leads to draft monthly newsletters. Track the performance of newsletters
• Community management on social media: Coordinate with company research experts to ensure consistent posting and engagement on their channels (internal/external social listening and content suggesting). Investigate ways to optimise our presence on Twitter
