Requirements

• Highly organized to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate records

Responsibilities

• Monitor the routing of the railcar fleet and issue precise instructions to move railcars from origins to destinations
• Handle 50% of daily tasks focused on generating invoices and vouchers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on accounts receivable
• Manage billing processes and maintain accurate documentation, dedicating about 25% of the workday to these activities
• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable, resolving billing discrepancies and coordinating with clients to ensure timely payments and accurate records
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners via MS Teams and Zoom to ensure operational efficiency
• Quickly learn and streamline internal systems to optimise processes and enhance productivity
