Summary

The job is for an M&A Origination Associate in a HOA Management holding company. The role involves finding prospective companies to acquire, building relationships with business owners, qualifying leads, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with prospects. The position is remote but proximity to one of the companies is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. An MBA is ideal
• 2-4 years of experience in a role with development goals or sales quotas
• Comfort with outbound cold-calling

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with business owners and building industry relationships
• Own and drive these relationships forward through phone calls, emails, and attending conferences
• Find and qualifying leads, and screening the company for preliminary information and fit with The CAM Collective
• Work closely with co-founders to ultimately negotiate, sign, and close deals
