Summary

Join Tether and become a Maintenance Manager, overseeing the maintenance of miners across various sites. You will coordinate repairs to ensure optimal plant readiness, fostering collaboration with the mining team. Requirements

  • A technical oriented bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferably electronics
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience with proven track records of similar positions. Electronics service background is an asset
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
  • ���Safety first” attitude and strong work ethics
  • Strong entrepreneurial mind, self-motivated, takes initiative
  • Strong process mindset, works in a structured and goal-oriented way, able to prioritize conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully at all levels within the organization
  • Must exhibit high energy, flexibility and results oriented

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage planning to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Support the team in ensuring the availability of raw materials, spare parts, spare equipment, consumables and components to support uninterrupted production
  • Lab site management. Responsible for defining required investments to align with business strategy and needs
  • Develop and implement efficient maintenance and repair strategies aiming for highest available hashrate for sites
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Keep technical information updated
  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Local relay for onsite colleagues or remote ones helping them achieve their goals

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Spanish is a big plus
