Summary

Join SecurityScorecard's top-performing sales team as a Field Sales Director in ANZ. You will prospect and engage with senior decision-makers in large enterprise organizations, building relationships and presenting the value of SecurityScorecard's solution. Achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly sales quotas, while partnering with sales leadership to establish goals and KPIs. Lead regular business reviews to assess performance and pipeline health. This role involves both phone/web and in-person sales, with a local office base within your assigned region. The position offers the opportunity to join a growing team and expand SecurityScorecard's business and customer footprint within the ANZ region. This is a hunter role focused on new customer acquisition and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on hunter roles and new customer acquisition & pipeline growth
  • 5+ years of experience working in the cyber security sales space
  • Outstanding track record of success managing enterprise accounts and opportunities to closure, consistent over-attainment of quotas of $1M annual recurring revenue
  • Strong network of established relationships with key industry contacts in the assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building a continuously successful sales team within the ANZ field sales team
  • Responsible and accountable for achieving the sales quota set forth by the company on a quarterly and yearly target
  • In partnership with the sales leadership, establish sales goals and KPIΒ΄s for the business
  • Own the pipeline health (coverage, velocity and closed rates)
  • Set agenda and lead regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to access performance and health of business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extremely organized, effective oral & written communicator
  • Self Starter, able to work effectively with a distributed team
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude in cybersecurity
  • Previous success in early stage company growing a territory and exceeding sales goals
  • If you have sold large-ticket enterprise security or risk software, we'd find your experience valuable
  • Previous SaaS and/or cybersecurity experience is also a plus
  • Preference is to be based in Sydney
