Join Kinesso, a division of Mediabrands Digital GmbH, as a Manager Affiliate & Partnerships in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt a. M., or remotely. Work with an experienced online performance marketing team, strategically and operationally managing affiliate marketing for clients. Independently develop and initiate projects to advance client goals, coordinating actions and partners. Communicate directly with affiliates and through platforms like AWIN, communicationAds, and financeAds. Evaluate initiatives, create reports, and proactively recommend improvements to clients. Requirements

• Business studies or comparable training/further education
• Experience in online performance marketing, ideally operational experience in affiliate marketing
• Confident handling of common tools, platform experience with AWIN and/or other common affiliate platforms is expressly desired
• Independent work and grasping of tasks in order to further develop clients
• Desire to discover something new, innovative thinking
• Very good German and good to very good English skills
