Join Figma's Product Support Team as a seasoned marketplace moderation leader to build out our Moderation team’s strategy and roadmap, working cross-functionally with key partners such as Product, Legal, Anti-abuse, and Community to help build safe customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the moderation strategy for our community marketplace and future products
• Lead a team of community platform specialists and help to drive operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with Figma’s legal obligations and community policies
• Report out on the impact of the team and rhythm of the business
