Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field or 8-10 years’ experience in a Senior level HR/Employee Relations role
• SPHR, PHR, and/or SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP certification
• Broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and administrative skills
• Experienced presenter with groups of 10-15 management-level participants
• PEO Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise for clients and worksite employees
• Educate clients in employment law compliance and provide guidance in the process of talent acquisition of managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborate with clients to understand skills and competencies required for openings
• Manage EPLI claims submitted and assist with gathering documents needed to support the claim, in some case may assist with the development of a position statement
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure client attracts and retains top talent
• Guide clients in matters of employee performance, disciplinary action, and terminations
