Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of People Operations, including Culture, Performance management, Employee experience, Talent and Operations
• Execute and manage all aspects of the People Operations experience for our small, talented global team
• Organize team-building events and activities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Execute and oversee existing performance management processes, including quarterly check-ins, and pulse surveys
• Manage all aspects of People Operations including managing our People tech stack (eg. Lever, Rippling) to ensure highest levels of data accuracy and integrity
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing and resolving people related issues, conflicts or concerns
• Develop and execute recruitment efforts in partnership with hiring managers and our leadership team to attract talent for Skillshare
• Administer pay and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollments, leave of absence administration, perks programs and other rewards that support high performance and employee wellness

Benefits

• Compensation range: $140,000- $152,000 USD
