Join our team as a Manager SOC and lead the way in managing SOC analysts, performing incident analysis, and guiding cross-functional collaboration. With 10+ years of security experience and leadership skills, you'll be responsible for mentoring analysts, training to enhance your skills, and developing your team to handle evolving threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of overall security experience, including a minimum of 5 years in AWS Security, and at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Must have skills in AWS Security Services (CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Trusted Advisor, Security Hub, Macie etc)
• Must have skills in Cyber Security (Endpoint Security(NGAV/EDR on macOS, Linux, EC2s, K8s) Email Security)
• Must have skills in Network Security (VPNs, Secure Remote Access, Bastion Hosts, AWS Security Groups)
• Must have skills in Identity Management (AWS IAM, IdP, MFA)
• Must have skills in Vulnerability Management (Endpoint (EC2, K8s, Database Clusters, Workstations), SAST, DAST, ECR, Github)

Responsibilities

• Manage SOC analysts, performing deep-dive incident analysis and data correlation using the Sumo Logic Platform
• Assess impact on critical systems, address vulnerabilities, support threat detection through machine learning, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Mentor SOC analysts, train to enhance your skills, assist engineering with compliance and security requirements, and develop your team to handle evolving threats

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to write scripts to automate (Python or Go)
• Offensive Security (PenTesting, Bug Bounty)
• Knowledge of Compliance Frameworks
