• Deep understanding of Git workflows, enabling seamless collaboration and maintaining code integrity across distributed teams
• Strong coding skills, emphasizing the ability to write scalable and maintainable code that supports large-scale production systems. While this role is not hands-on, having experience in this area is essential for success
• Extensive experience architecting solutions that meet the demands of high-availability environments, ensuring optimal performance and resilience
