Manager Business Control

Summary

Join Eurofins Environment Testing Benelux as their Business Control Manager, a key role supporting the regional business line leader in financial and strategic matters. This position leads three teams: Business Control, Credit Control, and Purchasing Support, contributing to optimal financial performance. The role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing work from various locations and home. The successful candidate will be a finance leader with at least 7 years of experience and a strategic mindset, capable of both high-level thinking and detailed analysis. Requirements

• Have a strategic mindset (helicopter view) but also dive into details when needed
• Be energetic, very good in communication (verbally, visually and in writing, both in Dutch and English), quickly gain understanding of the business and its drivers and can motivate his or her team as well as all stakeholders (inside and outside the business) to deliver results
• Be sensitive to all stakeholders’ interests and can easily communicate across all levels of the business
• Be analytical, detail-oriented but also persuasive
• Not be afraid to ask difficult questions and challenge
• Consistently deliver high-quality products
• Be an experienced finance leader (MSc. educated in Business Administration or similar) with at least 7 years of experience, and with people management (preferably with a strong focus on business controlling)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Control, Credit Control, and Purchasing Support teams
• Support the business and enable optimal financial performance
• Report to the regional business line leader
• Work from all locations and from home as your agenda determines
