Summary

The job involves managing a team of DevOps engineers, strategic planning, product definition, and operational challenges at scale for a company redefining pharmacy benefits. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field, 8+ years of experience in DevOps Production Operations and SDLC, leadership experience, expertise in managing repositories and pipelines using Azure DevOps, experience with high-availability environments, container technologies, infrastructure-as-code tools, Object-Oriented Programming, PowerShell scripting, and YAML. The preferred location is Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related field (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant experience may be considered)
• 8+ years of related experience with DevOps Production Operations and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience leading, coaching, supporting, and supervising a team
• Expertise in managing repositories and pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Experience in High-Availability Environments for SaaS or cloud service providers such as Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, or Terraform
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in C#, ASP.NET, Angular
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and YAML
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Quality of the software development process in an agile environment
• Collaboration with Software Engineers in devising appropriate coding strategies and configure settings
• Automate, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and streamline all deployment operations and process tools for software applications built and maintained by our Software Engineers
• Lead a team of DevOps Engineers that automate, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and streamline all deployment operations and process tools for software applications
