Summary

Join Connor Group, a specialized professional services firm, as a remote professional to work on finance projects and help clients with their critical business needs. As a project-oriented professional, you will manage assigned project areas, create high-quality deliverables, and develop specialized expertise in multiple areas.

Requirements

• Good understanding of key business and finance processes (close process, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, equity, etc.)
• Experience in helping companies identify improvements in key process areas and in assisting with implementing those improvements
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience managing teams and projects
• Business consulting experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, BlackLine, Zuora, Coupa, Hyperion, Business Intelligence Databases)
• CPA and or MBA beneficial
• Six Sigma Green or Blackbelt beneficial
• Minimum 5 -7 years consulting/industry experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete assigned project areas, creating high quality deliverables
• Prepare project plans, including key milestones and deliverables, and track and report on status, progress and risks
• Participate in and facilitate engagement team and client meetings and presentations
• Lead and train junior team members
• Prepare and monitor budgets and client billings
• Develop specialized expertise in multiple areas, solutions, and/or technology tools
