Requirements
- You bring prior success in financial systems administration and data reporting (New hires at the Manager level at JFF typically bring 3-5 years of prior professional experience through a combination of full-time, part-time, internship, and/or freelance positions)
- You have knowledge and understanding of finance, accounting and financial planning and analysis practices and can translate accounting terms to different audiences
- You have experience building customized dashboards and financial reports and some knowledge or experience supporting system integration projects
- You possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and interpret data sets
- You have a track record of effective project management, including setting ambitious and achievable goals and managing your time effectively to consistently deliver high-quality outputs and fulfill commitments that align with your teams and/or organization’s goals
- You know how to use your good judgment, clear analytical thinking, and strong decision-making skills to independently manage your day-to-day work
- You are a proactive problem-solver who finds creative solutions and can aggregate information for continuous improvement
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can seamlessly pivot between being an individual contributor and working in close collaboration with others
- You have experience codifying best practices in technical financial systems through documentation, troubleshooting, and/or trainings to build capacity in end-users

Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful results through effective financial systems administration, project management and reporting and dashboard development
- Assist in managing and maintaining JFF’s core financial systems—particularly NetSuite and NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting)—to ensure data accuracy and systems efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and program teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot technical issues
- Utilize Asana to monitor and resolve support tickets and requests; Respond to and ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner and documented appropriately, elevating issues when necessary
- Participate in system integration projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Build customized financial reports and dashboards that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Provide operational and project management support including coordinating team projects, analyzing best practices, and communicating information and updates
- Contribute to a learning culture through end-user support & training, knowledge management and information sharing across teams
- Provide technical support to JFF staff on financial systems usage and troubleshoot common challenges
- Create and update training materials and documentation to build internal capacity for using NetSuite, NSPB, and DOMO
- Ensure informative and timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating across teams and drawing in appropriate staff as needed
- Build and maintain effective relationships across teams, and with internal and external project partners to support ongoing collaboration
- Adopt new and better ways of leveraging financial systems, tools and reports to increase quality of data, create value and gain efficiency across the team
- Participate in cross-organizational meetings to ensure projects, deliverables and operations are progressing towards goals
Preferred Qualifications
You have expertise in leveraging financial management and data systems with the ability to learn new tools and programs quickly; Experience with NetSuite (including NetSuite Planning & Budgeting) and DOMO is preferred
