Manager, FP&A

Summary

Join Tripadvisor's Finance team as an FP&A Manager and lead forecasting and financial analysis for Experiences revenue and related costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and contribute to strategic decision-making. You will manage a senior financial analyst, create performance reports, improve business processes, and support corporate initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and financial analysis for Experiences revenue and associated variable costs
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on financial performance, including variance analysis and trend identification
• Develop strong relationships with General Managers, Product, and Analytics teams to align financial forecasts with business goals
• Automate and optimize business processes and reporting systems to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accuracy
• Manage and mentor a senior financial analyst to achieve team objectives
• Assist with data requests and contribute to corporate initiatives, including board presentations, investor relations, and financial scenario planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Workday Financials
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to senior leadership
