Senior Manager FP&A

Summary

Join our team as a Sr. Manager FP&A and play a key strategic finance leadership role driving financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence. You will develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, lead budgeting and forecasting, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll partner with business units, leverage advanced analytics and AI, and enhance financial reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred) and 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A. You'll lead various financial processes, implement AI/ML solutions, and present analyses to executive leadership. The position offers the opportunity to mentor and develop financial literacy within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with advanced financial modeling tools, BI platforms, and data visualization software
• 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in FP&A or strategic finance roles
• Strong technical knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and business analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and automation
• Experience with implementing or utilizing AI/ML solutions in financial analysis
• Excellence in presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-priority projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in driving data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all business units
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, new opportunities, and strategic initiatives
• Create and automate comprehensive financial reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership
• Partner with business leaders to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization
• Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance financial analysis and reporting capabilities
• Design and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor business performance and drive data-informed decision-making
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential business impacts and opportunities
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy and alignment between actual results and forecasts
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to the executive leadership team and key stakeholders
• Mentor and develop financial literacy through the company, promoting analytical thinking and technical skill development
