Manager, Health and Wellness

Summary

The job is for a Manager of Health and Wellness role at Henry Meds, a company specializing in compounded medications. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in health and wellness coaching, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role within the health education space while managing and mentoring other health coaches. Strong preference for ICF certification
• In-depth knowledge of medications that the company offers patients, particularly GLP-1s
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support clients from diverse backgrounds
• Relevant certifications or degrees in nutrition, exercise science, and/or neuroscience-backed coaching programs

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of health and wellness coaches
• Design and implement a personalized health and wellness coach offering for clients
• Oversee daily operations, coaching performance, program development, and ensuring all services align with organizational goals for wellness, health, and client satisfaction
