Requirements

• 2+ years managing people
• 5+ years in a Data Analytics role or related with a preference for experience in a technology/SaaS environment
• Strong leadership skills combined with a hands-on approach and ability to guide a team through ambiguity
• Compelling communication skills
• Project Management experience
• Data infrastructure and modeling knowledge
• Versatile analytics skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies: SQL, Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib), familiarity with Python scripting for automation and data ingestion, and extensive experience with business intelligence tools (particularly Looker, but experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and others is welcome)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts that help our Marketing team understand what is driving lead generation
• Identify which Marketing channels are the most efficient and effective
• Optimize the website and marketing touchpoints through A/B tests
