We are seeking a talented and driven Manager of Network Provisioning to lead the network provisioning team responsible for the design, implementation, and management of network services across our global infrastructure.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network provisioning or related roles
• Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs)
• Experience with network performance monitoring and management tools
• Proficiency in documentation and process development
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the network provisioning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of network services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless integration of network services
• Monitor service performance and capacity, proactively addressing issues and optimizing configurations
• Develop and maintain documentation related to network provisioning processes, configurations, and standards
• Conduct training and mentorship for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, ensuring our network provisioning practices remain competitive
