The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of B2B sales experience and 2–3 years in the aviation industry, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • 2–3 years of experience in the aviation industry (MRO, OEM, distribution, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A hunter’s drive to win new business and a nurturer’s heart to grow lasting partnerships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including MROs, OEMs, airlines, and distributors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts to position PartsBase as a trusted partner
