Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or software development
• Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems using data-driven insights
• Demonstrated success in building and managing product teams and delivering high-quality products
• Experience with agile methodologies and product-led growth strategies
• Comprehensive product ownership experience, including revenue, product, and customer success
• Strong background in product management within high-growth environments
• Experience managing full product lifecycle, from concept to market launch
• Strong financial skills relating to P&L management and pricing strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy that incorporates customer feedback, market analysis, and business metrics through effective documentation
• Spearhead the creation of our product roadmap, focusing on innovation, investment, and experimentation
• Define customer objectives and business requirements, ensuring alignment with our product vision. Manage market positioning and launch strategies
• Partner with sales, partner organizations, and business development teams to ensure successful and effective product launches
• Collaborate closely with engineering to make trade-offs based on customer needs and ensure quality control
• Effectively communicate vision and strategy to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and support
