Requirements

• Experienced Manager with 3+ years of experience leading a professional consulting team, driving operational excellence, and managing complex client-facing projects
• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and guide teams toward achieving shared goals while fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
• Strong expertise in performance management, including setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional growth
• Skilled in designing, implementing, and refining processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business operations
• Strong resource management skills, ensuring optimal talent utilization to meet project demands
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and client relationship management skills, ensuring transparency and alignment within teams and with clients
• Adept at managing conflicts constructively, promoting trust, and ensuring productive outcomes
• Strong strategic and business acumen, with deep knowledge of industry best practices in professional services, project management, and resource management
