Summary

Join Airtable as an experienced Enablement Manager to develop and run a global portfolio of enablement programs for our Partner & Professional Services department. This key role involves partnering with leadership teams to strategically develop and oversee global enablement programs, analyzing gaps, proposing new initiatives, and owning program outcomes. You will design and implement training programs, create onboarding processes, develop training materials, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness. The position requires strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills. This is an individual contributor (IC) position.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or professional services, with a focus on partner enablement preferred
  • 3+ years of program management or operations experience building enablement processes and tracking outcomes (ideally in SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS), video editing software and other training tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement targeted training programs for Professional Services and Partner Teams that enhance service delivery capabilities, customer outcomes and partner engagement
  • Accelerate time to readiness within the Services and Partner orgs, ensuring the ability to deploy and consult on new and existing products effectively and efficiently
  • Create and manage a comprehensive onboarding process for new professional services consultants and partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively serve clients
  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and resource guides that support ongoing learning and development for both internal teams and external partners
  • Develop scale assets and digital programs to augment live trainings, and manage assets to ensure regular updates and compliance
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, providing insights and reports to leadership on progress and areas for improvement
  • Project manage cross-functional work streams and lead subject matter experts across Professional Services, Partners and Product in the creation and delivery of impactful enablement programs
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to Professional Services and Partner Teams, helping them to apply their training in client engagements and improve service delivery
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance enablement programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging AI to streamline the creation and maintenance of learning assets
  • Knowledge of professional services methodologies and partner ecosystems is a plus
  • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is advantageous
  • Experience with AI and Low/No Code platforms preferred
  • Collaborative: experience and desire to work cross-functionally

  • Strong verbal and written communicator
