Summary

Join Aledade as a Manager, Sales Effectiveness and become the go-to expert for sales planning, market insights, and strategic enablement. Partner with the Growth team to drive seller success, offering guidance, building collateral, and refining tools. Serve as a regional subject matter expert, supporting seller engagements and closing deals by leveraging data and insights. Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices. This role involves strategic planning, deal architecture for ACO restoration and switcher opportunities, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and supporting IPA opportunities. You will also collaborate with marketing, scale content, manage the Aledade Advantage toolkit, and handle ad-hoc project management.

Requirements

  • BS/BS Business/Economics or relevant field
  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in sales oriented role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize high-potential targets by leveraging market data, strategic insights, and seller feedback to support regional growth objectives
  • Act as the “quarterback” for Accountable Care Organization (ACO) restoration opportunities—leading the development, coordination, and execution of deal strategy and content across cross-functional teams
  • Conduct deep strategic analysis of ACO switcher opportunities by uncovering the full context—who the current ACO is, its history and performance, why Aledade has a competitive advantage, and who the key decision-makers and influencers are within the organization
  • Identify and shape high-impact, non-traditional growth opportunities by carving out targeted strategies for complex or nuanced market segments, in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead the identification, qualification, and prioritization of Independent Physician Association (IPA) targets in close collaboration with Senior Regional Directors
  • Provide end-to-end support on deal execution—including financial modeling, narrative development, opportunity sizing, and partnership strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, Segment, and Regional leadership to determine optimal IPA placement and reflect that strategy in both the financial model and presentation materials
  • Partner with the Marketing team to inform and refine segment-specific campaigns by sharing market insights, seller feedback, and strategic learnings
  • Help transform custom, high-impact content developed for enterprise opportunities into standardized assets that can be leveraged across all prospects (e.g., adapting the “Enhanced Track” slide into the core pitch deck)
  • Manage the Aledade Advantage toolkit, including training team members, addressing questions, and troubleshooting usage to ensure effective adoption
  • Ad Hoc Project Management

  • Knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management
  • Proven track record of success in business development
