Requirements

  • 2+ years leading software engineering teams, preferably in a product engineering context
  • 5+ years in hands-on software development
  • Experience or interest in financial technology
  • A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners
  • Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation and project planning

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements in our core application stack
  • Coach and mentor a full-stack software engineers
  • Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes
  • Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients
