Summary
Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for Specialty Care experiences, focusing on treating members with complex mental health challenges. This full-time, remote (or hybrid) role involves owning the development and delivery of specialty care improvements, managing an onshore and offshore engineering team, and contributing to product strategy. Success will be measured by team performance, on-time deliveries, high-quality engineering output, and strong cross-functional partnerships. The role requires extensive experience in engineering management, specific technologies (Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript, Flutter), and a proven track record of leadership and talent management. Requirements
- At least 5 years experience as an engineering manager (manager of individual engineers)
- At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
- Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact
- Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
- Track record of strong talent management and team health success
Responsibilities
- Own development and delivery of specialty care improvements
- Apply your feature development experience to implement best practices
- Manage a thriving team of engineers spanning both onshore and offshore
- Contribute to the Member Experience engineering leadership team and product strategy
