Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth, psychological safety, and high performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Hands-On Experience in Key Technologies: Python, Kotlin, or React, with a focus on testing best practices. Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus
