Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams

• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and productive team culture
• Oversee project planning, architecture decisions, code quality, and technical improvements
• Ensure timely delivery of features and updates while managing risks and dependencies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering work with business goals
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and adopt modern development practices
