Requirements

  • A strong foundation in Computer Science
  • Over 8 years of engineering experience with a focus on code-based solutions and tools
  • 2+ years in an engineering management position
  • Proficiency in C# and SQL databases
  • Experience with enterprise software, cloud computing, mobile applications, APIs, distributed version-control systems (e.g., Git), Agile development environments, and client-side technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Bootstrap)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide direction for multiple delivery teams
  • Define and implement technical strategy, scope of work, and execution plans
  • Establish and enforce procedural standards amongst team leads
  • Guarantee timely delivery of projects and their associated deliverables
  • Offer operational and technical support to team leads and principal engineers
  • Guide delivery teams towards meeting product objectives
  • Ensure engineering objectives are met and aligned with architectural goals
  • Facilitate compliance with design patterns and escalate critical decisions as necessary
