Summary

Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as an Engineering Manager! Lead a team focused on member funnel optimization and agile delivery of new features. This full-time, remote (or optionally hybrid) role reports to the Director of Engineering. You'll own development and delivery of improvements, apply growth experience, manage a team, and contribute to product strategy. Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience as an engineering manager (manager of individual engineers)
  • At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
  • Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of strong talent management and team health success

Responsibilities

  • Own development and delivery of member funnel improvements
  • Apply your growth experience to implement best practices
  • Manage a thriving team of engineers spanning both onshore and offshore
  • Contribute to the Member Experience engineering leadership team and product strategy
