Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
  • At least 6 -10 years of experience in application development, system architecture, and production support for enterprise-level solutions
  • A minimum of 2 - 3+ years leading diverse, distributed engineering teams across geographies
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, or JavaScript
  • Experience working with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development methodologies
  • A strong understanding of software development best practices, including architecture, design patterns, and development processes
  • The ability to connect technical deliverables to business outcomes, collaborating with product owners to ensure value realization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional discussions and dependencies effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in domains such as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus
  • A proactive attitude and sense of ownership to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly
  • Proven ability to build relationships and foster trust across all levels of an organization
