Summary
Join Aledade as the Manager of Strategic Planning and play a pivotal role in enhancing prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making processes within the Medicare Advantage business. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive transformation and shape future Aledade Plus initiatives. This role offers flexibility with geographic location, allowing for remote work from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices. The position requires building and strengthening processes, developing financial analyses, leading buy/build/partner strategies, and communicating outcomes to leaders and stakeholders. A Bachelor’s Degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, and 4+ years in healthcare are required. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or related field
- 8+ years experience in finance, strategy, consulting, BizOps, or related function
- 4+ years experience in healthcare
- Strong quantitative and analytic modeling experience and skills
- Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around prioritization and potential blockers to drive assigned tasks forward
- Self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards
- Collaborative team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen processes that improve prioritization, forecasting, and decision-making in Medicare Advantage in collaboration with Finance, Analytics, Actuarial, Product, and Operational teams
- Develop financial and other analyses to illuminate efficacy and efficiency of established and new Aledade Plus initiatives
- Lead buy/build/partner strategy and execution to fill identified capability gaps in our health plan operations
- Communicate outcomes and key decision points to operational leaders, cross-departmental stakeholders, and executives
- Other duties as assigned
