Join Headway as their Strategic Planning Manager and own the development and execution of various company strategic planning processes. You will be a key partner to the executive team and senior leadership, designing processes to define company strategy and translate vision into actionable goals. This role requires designing and facilitating strategic planning processes, driving operational excellence, partnering with leadership to remove roadblocks, developing goal tracking and reporting frameworks, and managing planning frameworks to scale with company growth. The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth tech companies, with a background in strategy, strategic planning, business operations, or management consulting. Headway offers a competitive total rewards package, including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and equity. The position offers a base pay range of $116,960 - $172,000.

- You have 6-10+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth tech companies, including background in strategy, strategic planning, business operations, or management consulting
- You are operationally excellent, able to manage a large volume of moving pieces without breaking a sweat

Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate end-to-end strategic planning processes, including long-range planning, annual planning, quarterly OKRs and cross-functional goal alignment
- Drive operational excellence and best practices in the goal setting process to ensure cross-functional alignment and that teams are accountable to top priorities
- Partner closely with the executive team and senior cross-functional leaders to identify and remove roadblocks that inhibit execution of key goals and priorities
- Develop and maintain company-wide goal tracking and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into performance and opportunities for improvement
- Manage and evolve planning frameworks and templates to scale alongside the company in rapid growth
