Manufacturing Associate

Summary

You will be responsible for shipping and receiving products, managing inventory, performing electro-mechanical assembly, and handling customer returns. The role requires attention to detail, experience with hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A 6am-2pm PST schedule is required. Requirements

• Ability to work a 6am-2pm PST schedule (40 hours/week)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience using hand tools
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Experience with basic computer programs
• Record keeping skills
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of all products in our warehouse
• Inventory management and control, including organizing and relocating inventory, counting inventory, and labeling inventory
• Electro/Mechanical final assembly and record keeping of multiple products
• Final burn in process and record keeping for multiple products, including access controllers, cameras and gateways, and others
• Configuring controllers with building numbers and information prior to shipping
• Logging and processing all customer returns, both new and for repair
• Physically moving and organizing returned hardware
• Moving and organizing, both physically and in computer systems, returned hardware through the repair process (preparation for analysis/repair station, return to refurbished stock for repaired items)
• Performing physical inspection of all returned hardware and documenting results
• Assisting with other warehouse operations when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a fulfillment role is strongly preferred
