Join Ventura TRAVEL as the New Market Director and lead the exciting challenge of opening a new source market for our existing group travel brands. You will develop and execute a strategy to launch and grow this market, conducting thorough research and collaborating with various departments. Requirements
- Travel Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the group travel industry and source markets
- Marketing Acumen: A proven track record of crafting successful marketing strategies for new markets
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and effective communication in all interactions
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ambitious, proactive, and resourceful with a drive to succeed
- Adaptability: Openness to aligning your professional approach with Ventura’s unique working style
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to launch and grow a new source market for Ventura TRAVEL’s brands
- Conduct research on the target audience, market trends, and competition
- Collaborate with brand directors and departments (Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to align efforts
- Coordinate marketing campaigns tailored to the new market to drive engagement with our Marketing Team
- Set and track KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies
- Manage the budget for market entry, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
- Represent Ventura TRAVEL in the new market, building brand awareness and reputation
Preferred Qualifications
- Several years of experience in the travel industry
- Advanced knowledge of marketing campaigns and CRM systems like HubSpot
