Join Ventura as the leader of their UK expansion, spearheading the launch and growth of their award-winning small-group travel brands in the British market. This key leadership role demands close collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop and implement effective strategies. You will adapt existing brands to resonate with UK travelers, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and take ownership of both large-scale goals and smaller, initial tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the UK group travel industry, experience launching or scaling travel products, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the UK group travel industry
  • Experience launching, growing, or significantly scaling a travel product or brand
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes

  • Willingness to get your hands dirty in the early phases

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch and growth of Ventura in the UK market
  • Adapt our brands (e.g. Viventura, Puraventura, Japaventura) to resonate with UK travelers
  • Work side-by-side with marketing to create and run campaigns that deliver bookings
  • Build and manage relationships with UK travel trade, media, and influencers
  • Take ownership of big goals — but also roll up your sleeves for small, early‑stage tasks
  • Bring in your knowledge of UK group travel customers and buying behavior
  • Learn new tools and systems quickly (CRM, analytics, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with travel marketing campaigns and tools like HubSpot
  • Experience launching or growing a business in the UK market
