Summary

Join Ventura TRAVEL as the New Market Director and lead the exciting challenge of opening a new source market for our existing group travel brands. You will develop and execute a strategy to launch and grow this market, conducting thorough research and collaborating with various departments. Requirements

  • Travel Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the group travel industry and source markets
  • Marketing Acumen: A proven track record of crafting successful marketing strategies for new markets

  • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to launch and grow a new source market for Ventura TRAVEL’s brands
  • Conduct research on the target audience, market trends, and competition
  • Collaborate with brand directors and departments (Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to align efforts
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns tailored to the new market to drive engagement with our Marketing Team
  • Set and track KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies
  • Manage the budget for market entry, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
  • Represent Ventura TRAVEL in the new market, building brand awareness and reputation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in the travel industry
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing campaigns and CRM systems like HubSpot
