Join our team as a Marketing & Content Specialist and help build a scalable marketing engine. This role involves managing social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn), creating engaging content, running paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok), utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Midjourney), and tracking performance. You will document processes for repeatability and collaborate with the founder on growth strategies. The position is remote with flexible hours, but requires openness to travel within 6-12 months. A salary of $500/month is offered, with growth potential.

Requirements

• Create content that builds trust and drives sales
• Can write, edit, and design like a brand
• Are fluent in Arabic and English
• Are organized, fast, and detail-oriented
• Have run social media pages and ad campaigns
• Love testing and improving systems
• Are open to travel/work abroad in 6–12 months
• Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Canva or basic design tools
• Paid ads (Meta, TikTok Ads Manager)
• Content writing and copywriting
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, Midjourney)
• Organization and documentation
• Creative mindset with entrepreneurial interest

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Write ad copy and design basic visuals using tools like Canva
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, etc
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Midjourney) to speed up content production
• Track and report weekly on ad and content performance
• Document how marketing tasks are done to create a repeatable system
• Collaborate with the founder to test and refine our growth engine

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with B2C, startups, or business services
• Interested in entrepreneurship or digital businesses
• Can shoot/edit simple videos or guide others to do it
