Requirements

• You have 3+ years of direct residential real estate experience (as agent, team member, or working with agents/brokerages)
• You have hands-on experience with AI video creation tools
• You're excited about creating educational content, not promotional content
• Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, or similar platforms)
• Understanding of avatar creation, voice cloning, and text-to-video workflows
• Video editing and post-production skills for final polish and branding
• Familiarity with "They Ask, You Answer" content methodology or similar educational marketing approaches
• 3+ years direct experience in residential real estate - as an agent, team member, or working directly with agents/brokerages
• Deep understanding of real estate sales process, terminology, and client pain points
• Experience with real estate lead generation, conversion, and client lifecycle
• Strong writing ability - creating scripts that sound authentic and educational (not salesy)
• Research skills - identifying customer questions and turning them into content ideas

• Create 3-5 AI-generated educational videos per week using tools like HeyGen to feature our team members' avatars
• Develop comprehensive question database from all three audience types and systematically answer them through video content
• Manage AI avatar creation and voice cloning for team members (Paige Martin and others) to build consistent video library
• Write compelling educational scripts that align with "They Ask, You Answer" methodology and our brand voice
• Optimize video distribution across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook with platform-specific formatting
• Track and analyze performance metrics tied to our business goals: webinar attendance, website traffic, lead generation
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trending questions and market insights that should become content
• AI Avatar Setup: Create functioning avatars for 3-5 team members
• Content System: Establish production workflow generating 12+ videos monthly
• Audience Alignment: Create content specifically addressing each of our 3 audiences
• Traffic Growth: Measurable increase in website visitors from social media (target: 300+ monthly)
