• Availability to work in the office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and social media
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and metrics
• Highly creative with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement
• Create, curate, and manage content for social media channels, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and values
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective social media strategies and content
• Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic approach to messaging across all platforms
• Regularly post content to keep the brand at the forefront of daily newsfeeds
