Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing tasks with precision
• Proficiency in social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools
• Professional fluency in English is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, working with internal teams and external vendors
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives
• Update and maintain digital content across websites, social media, and other marketing platforms
• Monitor and ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital advertising efforts
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Help organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities
• Conduct market research to support campaign development and audience targeting

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing for the finance/tech industry is a bonus
• Familiarity with digital content management (CMS experience is a plus)
• Italian or Spanish fluency is a bonus
• Experience working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with a global team
