Requirements

  • Experience in newsletter creation and campaign tracking
  • Ability to design professional presentations and branded materials

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the company calendar, including meetings, events, and agent schedules using Google Calendar
  • Prepare and organize onboarding materials and documentation for new agents
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, targeting platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Design and distribute engaging monthly or bi-weekly newsletters to clients and agents
  • Upload flyers, event details, and announcements to the company website using WordPress; coordinate with web designers when necessary
  • Create and schedule engaging content including posts for closings, new agents, open houses, and company events
  • Design flyers, promotional materials, and social media graphics using Canva
  • Create or update brand logos as needed to support marketing initiatives or agent branding
  • Design visually appealing and informative presentations for internal meetings, training, and client-facing proposals using Canva or PowerPoint
  • Manage the upload and timely distribution of content across all digital and communication channels
  • Ensure consistent posting on company social media pages to enhance brand visibility and engagement
