Marketing & Communications Manager

Summary

Join Dailymotion as a Marketing & Communications Manager for LATAM to work closely with the LATAM Sales Team and other international teams. Your mission is to implement local communications strategies, execute tailored activations, and ensure high-quality client experiences. This remote, permanent position requires 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both written and verbal
• Education in communication, marketing, event management, or a similar field
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Implement local communications strategy and execute tailored activations
• Collaborate with the team to execute sales & comms campaigns and initiatives
• Plan and coordinate sales driven events in LATAM, including public relations events and client-centric activations
• Coordinate and communicate with local suppliers and partners to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage local event logistics, including space or booth reservations, invitation management, travel coordination, etc
• Monitor budgets allocated to events in LATAM
• Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to develop promotion and communication strategies for local events and content initiatives
• Contribute to the creation of communication materials (invitations, programs, etc.)
• Local Benchmark: conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights relevant to the LATAM market
• Support the creation of Spanish and Portuguese-language content for various platforms including press release, social media, blogposts, email campaigns, and video scripts
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective coordination for Sales & Communications activations release
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate new ideas and concepts
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and tactics

Preferred Qualifications

Good understanding of international and Italian cultures and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential
