Marketing Coordinator

Summary

Join PropLogix's marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator! You'll be a key player, providing administrative support for various B2B marketing initiatives, from event coordination to managing promotional products. This role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration, and a passion for learning. Located in Colombia, you'll need excellent English communication skills (C1 minimum) and at least one year of marketing experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Requirements

• Applicants must be located in Colombia
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English; C1 at minimum but C2 is preferable
• At minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree in (Preferred) Communications, Marketing, Business, or other related fields of study
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of B2B marketing principles
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to effectively manage time and juggle deadlines

Responsibilities

• Help support essential marketing functions
• Maintain conference and event schedule and coordinate logistics for sponsorships, and travel on behalf of sales team
• Assist with webinar setup, registration management, and post-event follow-up
• Help maintain marketing databases and organize digital and print assets
• Track and manage promotional product inventory, placing orders and finding new items
• Help support PropLogix and other brands

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot experience
• Basic graphic design skills
• Campaign and project management experience
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Event or content calendar management
• HTML email-building experience
