Summary

Requirements

  • Have two or more years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B, fintech, or tech-driven environment
  • Possess a marketing qualification (certificate or equivalent work experience)
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (basic formulas, data organization)
  • Have an understanding of marketing principles, website management, and campaign execution, or a strong willingness to upskill
  • Possess a strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven suggestions
  • Be proficient in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Ensure marketing initiatives are data-driven
  • Ensure brand messaging is cohesive across all digital and print channels
  • Conduct website audits
  • Conduct competitor research
  • Execute marketing campaigns
  • Reconcile marketing budgets
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes
  • Learn new skills in a fast-paced fintech environment
  • Manage administrative marketing tasks, such as tracking approvals, checking internal inboxes, and identifying errors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be proficient in HubSpot workflows & automation—Building and managing CRM workflows
  • Have experience in content writing & briefing—Writing content briefs and assisting with presentations for marketing leadership
  • Have experience in market research & competitor analysis—Analyzing trends and industry insights
  • Have experience in marketing budget reconciliation—Ensuring invoices align with the approved budget
  • Be proficient in Google Ads & SEO—Negative keyword analysis, SEO tasks, and website optimization
  • Have experience with social media—Ideation, research, and implementation of social content
  • Have experience with AI & Automation—Using ChatGPT or Gemini to streamline marketing processes
