Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented, strong time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong passion for marketing and creative mind for developing engaging content
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Interest in software development
• Proficient in GSuite and have a basic understanding of marketing automation tools (a plus)
• Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing field and virtual marketing events, webinars, and conferences
• Develop and manage event collateral, including registration pages and email invitations
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
• Manage project timelines and track progress
• Manage stakeholders for critical marketing initiatives
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
• Analyze social media performance and track key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
• Assist with the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing
• Analyze email marketing performance and identify areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
• Graphic design skills (e.g. Figma, Canva, etc) to create visual assets for social media and other marketing materials
