Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Summary

Linjer is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help grow their influencer marketing efforts in Hong Kong and Singapore. The position requires the individual to assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identify and reach out to influencers, negotiate partnerships, manage gifting, analyze KPIs, and speak passionately about the brand. The ideal candidate is a native Cantonese speaker with strong working knowledge of the Hong Kong and/or Singapore influencer landscape, proficient English, experience in digital marketing (preferably DTC eCommerce), avid social media user, passionate about digital brand building, coachable, dedicated to continuous personal improvement, thorough and detail-oriented, tech literate, thrives in a high growth environment, and enjoys a startup team culture.

Requirements

• Native Cantonese speaker and can read and write traditional Chinese. Bonus if you can speak Mandarin Chinese as well
• Strong working knowledge of the Hong Kong and/or Singapore influencer landscape
• Proficient English
• Relevant exposure in digital marketing (strong preference for experience in DTC eCommerce)
• Strong passion for digital brand building, particularly on YouTube and Instagram
• Shares the passion and values of our brand
• Coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement
• Eye for aesthetics, and a high standard for quality and beauty
• Takes initiative and is driven by passion
• Thorough and detail-oriented, and are good at following processes
• Tech literate and can learn new software with ease
• Thrives in a high growth environment and enjoys a startup team culture

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Identify and reach out to influencers that fit our brand
• Negotiate and pitch new influencer partnerships
• Help manage influencer gifting and coordinate
• Assist with analyzing and tracking influencer KPIs and campaign performance on a regular basis
