Requirements

• Innovative Design: You strive for best-in-class visual design for our site and content, always coming up with new formats and creative ideas to stay ahead in a crowded market
• Team Collaboration: You love working in a team and collaborating with different departments to hit shared goals. Your communication and positive attitude help make our marketing efforts cohesive, creative, and successful
• You've worked in a high-growth SaaS startup environment
• You have hands-on experience with illustration, web design, and animation
• You've worked on a daily basis Figma
• You bring a mix of digital and out-of-home (OOH) design experience, covering web design, events, merchandise, and other ad hoc design tasks

Responsibilities

• Own Juro's visual identity by communicating our brand's look and feel, and helping the marketing team and others maintain consistency
• Make sure we hit our creative goals by delivering high quality designs across different media
• Work with the marketing leadership to boost our brand impact and improve conversion rates
• Support various teams at Juro with their design needs
