Requirements

  • Have an excellent portfolio showcasing relevant design experience and can explain your rationale
  • Have experience in designing successful advertising campaigns and have seen projects through from initial concept to launch
  • Have good knowledge of creative best practice by paid channel/platform (Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Can use your creative thinking to surprise and engage our community
  • Understand how to use data to inform your creative decisions
  • Can demonstrate a strong use of core design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Can make great selections and use of our growing photography library, as well as edit photos
  • Have experience with motion design and video editing as part of your design skill set
  • Love optimization – you learn how to get the most out of your tools to work efficiently and find new ways to improve and speed up your workflow
  • Have a hands-on attitude and are highly self-driven and keen to learn

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our performance marketing managers and copywriters to help develop and execute on the strategy for all our priority markets with creative approaches for all our customer segments
  • Create a diverse range of creative ads across different channels such as Apple Search Ads, Google app campaigns, Facebook ads, app store screenshots etc
  • Create different versions of creatives to test and learn which ones resonate best to show key features of our apps and how they can enhance people's outdoor adventures
  • Create and edit video content along with motion graphics for app store optimization and video ads
  • Collaborate with our wider design, brand, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all your work
  • Understand our community demographics, interests, and motivations to help inspire millions of outdoor enthusiasts to create their own adventures with us
  • Look for ways to optimize your workflow to find efficiencies while maintaining quality
